We know our Practice Managers are the bedrock of primary care. They bring a wide range of skills from previous roles in Health and Social Care, industry and private enterprises.
Practice managers are tasked with keeping abreast of changes in primary care contracts, employment law, information technology tax and accounting as well as trouble shooting the day to day challenges of working in a rapid change environment.
Our practice managers have met together at a monthly forum for decades, and share knowledge, skills and resources. The agenda is set by the managers, and they bring solutions, queries and problems.
