Flexible hours over 2 sessions per week (7.5hrs)
The post holder will manage a team of staff that provide the continued delivery of excellent care out in the community, ensuring every HCSW, Nursing Associate, Trainee Practice nurse is confident and competent in their ability to work in a person centred, compassionate way.
Working on a sessional basis, the postholder will facilitate a team to ensure all Trafford’s primary care workforce receive high quality and coordinated training and preceptorship. The post holder will also support recruitment and retention initiatives within Trafford
As an experienced trainer the role will be responsible for evaluating the needs and current practices and creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources and guides as needed.
