This is a terrific opportunity to join a forward thinking, dynamic, high achieving practice located in a great part of central Manchester.

We are developing our motivated and supportive team and are looking to recruit two enthusiastic Salaried GP’s at any stage in their career. We require each person to cover between 4 and 6 sessions per week, we are flexible with days.

We aim to offer an excellent work/life balance, with 6 weeks annual leave and 1 week study leave pro rata and an above national average (and negotiable) salary on request.
There is no OOH commitment (although this is available locally if you wish).
Our clinical team consists of 4 GP’s, a senior clinical Pharmacist, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, a Physician Associate, two practice nurses and two HCAs. Our team has a wide variety of special interests including Pain Management (GPwSI level), Lifestyle Medicine, Menopause, Minor Surgery, MSK, Diabetes, Dermatology, Child Health, Palliative Care and Travel Medicine.

We all share the same holistic approach to care and appreciate that health and illness occur as a result of the interaction of many factors including lifestyle and psychological factors.
We are actively involved in the teaching and training of medical, nursing and physician associate students.

We are keen to support any specialist interests that you may have or are keen to pursue.
Our PCN network (Ardwick and Longsight) is the largest in Central Manchester and consists of 7 practices, we work closely together and support each other. There will be opportunities in the future to utilise specialist interests in this network.

Our administrative team is experienced, supportive and friendly. It is important to us to foster a warm and welcoming work environment.
We have an excellent onsite pharmacy with whom we work with closely.
We have our own large premises and car park.
Each year we perform exceptionally well with our QOF and Manchester Standards targets and achievements.

During the pandemic we have embraced and embedded a new digital way of working using Footfall Total Triage which is working well for us.
