Greater Manchester Training Hub (GMTH) is looking to appoint a Practice Education Facilitator to work across Greater Manchester with a focus on social care.
This role will support the GMTH clinical placement expansion programme which is part of the Health Education England pledge to provide additional placements and learning environments in response to the anticipated growth in student numbers for academic year 2021/22.
This job is offered on a full-time basis however, we would be happy to consider part time hours, job share and/or secondment. The role is offered at a band 6 equivalent, as a development opportunity for a period of 8 months.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to influence the work of GMTH. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, providing key liaison and engagement between students, GMTH, PCN’s, Care Homes, GP Practices, PIVOs, HEIs and all other key stakeholders.
The Greater Manchester Training Hub team is part of the HEE Training Hub model designed to meet the educational needs of the multi- disciplinary Primary Care team across Greater Manchester.
