Do you want to have a job that helps people, and work with great colleagues? Then come and be our receptionist. Our receptionists help our patients to feel welcome, understood, and valued, and help our doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff to provide an outstanding service.
The ideal candidate will have a positive and calm manner, be compassionate, patient and understanding, be well organised and able to work systematically and be able to follow procedures and protocols closely. They will have good IT skills and be brilliant with people. They will need to be able to work in a busy environment, being helpful and efficient when communicating with other staff and patients. Experience in a similar role is preferred.
Hollinwood Medical Practice is run by Hope Citadel Healthcare, we are a team of GP practices that are looking to bring transformation in individuals, families and communities through whole-person centered healthcare.
The hours available are full time. Monday to Friday, shifts vary from 7:30am-6:30pm so applicants must be flexible.
