We are looking for an individual to join our team who has strong skills in people and business management to deliver an effective and efficient service supporting the practice to achieve excellent patient care.
As part of a well-established and supportive team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of practice processes and you will assist in running the practice on a day-to-day basis. Duties will include but are not limited to:-
• Health and safety
• Customer services
• Premises and equipment
• Practice operations
To succeed, it would be advantageous to have a good level of understanding of General Practice and experience of working in the NHS. You will have a proven track record of delivering high quality services and will be an excellent communicator with effective leadership, customer services and people management skills. The ideal candidate will be ambitious as there will be an opportunity for the right candidate to succeed the current Practice Manager on her future retirement.
• Flexible, part time hours (20 per week minimum)
